Credentialing Specialist (Remote)
Schedule: Flexible, MonFri, 8-hour shifts within 7AM7PM EST
Job Type: Full-time | Location: Remote from AL, AZ, FL, GA, KY, MI, MS, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WY

About the Role:
Join us to process provider credentialing and enrollment applications. Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely submissions to payers and organizations. You'll manage provider data, track application progress, maintain systems, and communicate with providers and teams.

Responsibilities Include:

• Handle initial and re-credentialing for providers
• Verify provider qualifications through primary sources
• Submit and track applications to payers and hospitals
• Maintain accurate provider records and databases
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and payer guidelines
• Address credentialing issues and expiring credentials
• Support audits and troubleshoot system issues
• Log daily activities and meet deadlines

Requirements:

• 1+ year of credentialing experience in RCM (required)
• 1+ year of client service/support (required)
• Recent experience as a Credentialing Specialist
• High school diploma or GED
• Must reside in an approved state
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
