Customer Service/OFFICE Representative – full-time

We are excited to announce that Homestory Doors of Chicago is looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative to work out of our Bensenville IL corporate office. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Set up new customers in QuickBooks and send invoices.
• Ability to work within Homestory proprietary CRM software.
• Communicate with customers regarding installation and service call dates.
• Document customer service calls efficiently and with detail.
• Uphold customer confidentiality, especially regarding financial matters and identity.
• Assist Director of Business Development and Business Manager with various projects.
• Answering phones and responding to text and email messages.
• Various clerical and office duties

Qualifications and Skills:

• Strong listening, communicating and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and provide effective solutions
• Works well with others and helps foster a supportive work environment
• Comfortable problem solving while also creating an enjoyable experience for our customers
• Completes tasks on time and can prioritize work
• Knowledge of QuickBooks Online and Microsoft 365
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s degree preferred)
• Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in customer service or office administration

Work Scheduele :

• Full-time: 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:00AM to 4:30PM
• Business Casual professional attire required
