Location: Hybrid - Work from Home and Office in Atlanta, GA
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM MST

About the Role
As a Software Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in supporting our customers by providing technical assistance, answering questions, and crafting innovative solutions. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring their onboarding processes are seamless and successful.

A Day in the Life at 321Forms
You'll assist HR professionals and managers, helping them use our digital tools to onboard new hires. Whether troubleshooting issues, answering questions, or providing technical guidance, you'll empower customers to get the most out of our product.
