Software Customer Service Representative

Location: Hybrid - Work from Home and Office in Atlanta, GA

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM MST

About the Role

As a Software Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in supporting our customers by providing technical assistance, answering questions, and crafting innovative solutions. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring their onboarding processes are seamless and successful.

  • Experience: At least 2 years of software customer service experience.
  • Tech-Savvy: Strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new software systems.

Minimum Requirements

  • Two years in a customer service related field
  • Experience using G-suite, Adobe Acrobat, and CRM software
