This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills , a passion for customer support , and government experience (preferred). Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
• Provide accurate and timely information regarding policies, services, and processes
• Assist with processing applications, documentation, and records management
• Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and efficiency
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer service processes

Qualifications:

• Customer service experience required (government experience preferred)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience handling confidential information is a plus
