\n\nThis is an onsite, customer-facing role where you’ll play an important part in supporting taxpayers with licensing-related services and payment processing.

\n\t\n\tLocation: Phoenix, AZ (100% Onsite – 1600 W. Monroe St.)
\n\t\n\tSchedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
\n\t\n\tEmployment Type: 1 year
\n\t\nAssist taxpayers with licensing-related questions and requests
\n\t\n\tReceive, process, and apply payments including cash, checks, and money orders
\n\t\n\tHandle license applications and updates accurately and efficiently
\n\t\n\tPerform data entry and administrative tasks in a public-facing environment
\n\t\n\tComplete daily reconciliation and end-of-day balancing for assigned cash tills
\n\t\n\tProvide accurate information on licensing laws, rules, and procedures
