This is an onsite, customer-facing role where you’ll play an important part in supporting taxpayers with licensing-related services and payment processing.

    Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

\n\nWhat’s a typical day as a Customer Service Representative ? You will:\n\n
    \n\t
  • \n\t

    Assist taxpayers with licensing-related questions and requests

    \n\t\n\t
  • \n\t

    Receive, process, and apply payments including cash, checks, and money orders

    \n\t\n\t
  • \n\t

    Handle license applications and updates accurately and efficiently

    \n\t\n\t
  • \n\t

    Perform data entry and administrative tasks in a public-facing environment

    \n\t\n\t
  • \n\t

    Complete daily reconciliation and end-of-day balancing for assigned cash tills

    \n\t\n\t
  • \n\t

    Provide accurate information on licensing laws, rules, and procedures
