Job Title: D365 Business Central Functional Consultant

Location: Fully Remote (US based)

We are seeking a D365 Business Central Functional Consultant to join a growing Microsoft Partner. This fully remote, full-time role is perfect for a consultant with a strong accounting background and experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (D365 BC). You will help clients optimize their finance processes using D365 BC, with a focus on accounting modules and Power BI for financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

* Client Engagement: Gather client requirements for financial processes (general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, budgeting, etc.).
* Solution Design & Configuration: Configure D365 BC to meet client needs, focusing on financial management.
* Power BI Reporting: Use Power BI to create financial reports and dashboards, integrating with D365 BC for real-time insights.
* Implementation & Customization: Lead the configuration, testing, and deployment of D365 BC solutions.
* Training & Support: Provide client training and post-implementation support to ensure smooth adoption of D365 BC.
* Collaboration: Work with technical consultants and project teams to ensure successful delivery of projects.
* Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest D365 BC and Power BI features.

Required Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
* 3+ years of experience with D365 Business Central or similar ERP systems.
* Strong knowledge of accounting processes (general ledger, financial reporting, budgeting).
* Experience with Power BI for reporting and dashboard creation.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant or similar certification.
* Knowledge of financial regulations (e.g., GAAP, IFRS).
* Experience in a consulting environment or with Microsoft Partners.
