Your Responsibilities

• Provide expert support for Dynamics NAV 2016 across departments.
• Assist in the planning and rollout of D365 Business Central.
• Troubleshoot ERP issues and deliver user support and training.
• Collaborate with teams to align business processes with ERP workflows.
• Develop SQL reports and dashboards for data-driven decision-making.
• Support data migration, system upgrades, and integrations.

What Youll Bring

• Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV (2016 or later).
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and business operations.
• Eagerness to learn and work with Business Central.
• Experience with SQL, AL, or EDI is a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
