As a Data Analyst at Jacoby & Meyers, you will play a key role in connecting data from across the firm to provide clear visibility into how the business is performing. You will gather, organize, and analyze data from multiple departments, build dashboards that tell the story behind the numbers, and collaborate with leaders to identify problems and implement solutions. Core Duties and Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and interpret data from multiple departments across the firm. Build and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards that provide firm-wide visibility and actionable insights. Partner with managers and department heads to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities. Develop and present reports that summarize performance metrics and strategic recommendations. Proactively identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement using data-driven insights. Help implement solutions and track their impact over time. Requirements Proven experience (2 years minimum) as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role. Advanced proficiency in Power BI. Experience with other analytics and visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, Google Data Studio, or Qlik. Excel and data management skills. Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities. Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex data in a clear, actionable way. Experience working with large datasets and integrating data from multiple sources.
