Position Summary:

The Data Entry Clerk is responsible for overall maintenance of clerical documents within an assigned department. This key individual enters data in our systems, organizes documents and provides proper management of confidential information.

Essential Functions:

1. Prepares, receives and manages departmental files. Provides ongoing support of employee files and ensures proper management of confidential information.
2. Maintains database by entering new and updated information. Provides proper resolution of incoming invoices and inquiries.
3. Prepares status reports and ad hoc documents when needed.
4. Complies with all guidelines established by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS)
   and guidelines set forth by other regulatory agencies, where applicable.
5. In addition, all other duties assigned by the manager and/or supervisor.

Education:

• High School Diploma

Experience :

• Maximum 1+ year experience in data entry position

Knowledge :

• Personal computer experience should include working with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and
  Outlook at the intermediate level at a minimum
