We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Palmyra, Pennsylvania. This position requires an individual with exceptional Excel skills, capable of handling data with precision and accuracy. As this is a long-term contract role, the successful candidate will play a key part in supporting our data management needs.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately input and manage data within Excel spreadsheets, ensuring consistency and correctness.

• Utilize advanced Excel functions, including vlookups, tables, and formulas, to manipulate and organize data effectively.

• Follow established procedures to safeguard the integrity of sensitive data, avoiding errors or accidental deletions.

• Collaborate with team members to complete spreadsheet tasks required for system updates and projects.

• Ensure data entry tasks are completed promptly to meet deadlines and project goals.

• Identify and correct discrepancies in data, maintaining high standards of accuracy.

• Support the team in organizing and maintaining records related to data entry activities.

• Perform routine checks to verify the accuracy and completeness of entered data.

• Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth workflow.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP's, formulas, and tables.

• Prior experience in data entry or a similar role requiring attention to detail.

• Familiar with MS Access or Crystal reports.

• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Ability to work independently and maintain focus in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members.

• A commitment to maintaining data accuracy and confidentiality.

• Familiarity with basic administrative processes and tools.

• Availability to work onsite
