Now targeting $100M+ ARR, we’re seeking a skilled  Data Scientist t o help drive our next phase of growth.

• Model RSSI-BLE signals to enable digital asset tracking and contact tracing solutions.
• Analyze real-time sensor data (e.g., time series, histograms) using statistical and deep learning methods to extract actionable insights.
• Experiment with input signals and metadata (e.g., device models, power levels, signal strength) to improve accuracy and performance.
• Leverage machine learning and cloud technologies to build scalable data science solutions.
• Collaborate closely with product leaders and subject matter experts to develop analytics-driven solutions, enhance product features, and address business challenges.

• University degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, AI, Physics, or a related field.
• Proven experience applying advanced analytics and machine learning to real-world business challenges.
• Proficiency in Python programming.
• Strong knowledge of data science and machine learning concepts, including:
• Clustering, regression, classification, and forecasting.
• Neural networks and hyperparameter optimization.
• Stochastic real-time data modeling and anomaly detection.
• Data storytelling and visualization skills using tools like Apache Superset, Tableau, or QuickSight.
• Customer-focused, results-oriented mindset with creative problem-solving skills.
• Start-up mentality, with the ability to adapt quickly and take initiative.
• Ability to work independently and deliver complex projects.
