Troy Logistics is seeking skilled and motivated Class A CDL drivers to join our team as Field Drivers. · Competitive Compensation: Earn $70K–$85K annually with starting pay at 25% of all line hauls, yard pulls, and detention. We also offer guaranteed daily pay for load cancellations outside our control.

· Dedicated Support: Work with a professional dispatching team, ensuring seamless coordination and communication.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re searching for experienced, reliable, and motivated drivers who meet the following criteria:
· Class A CDL license with a minimum of 3 years driving experience.
· CLEAN MVR and a professional, dependable attitude.
· TWIC Card required.
· Experience with the Ports of Houston, satellite yards, and railways preferred but not mandatory.
· Strong organizational and time management skills to excel in a fast-paced environment.
· Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Compensation Details:
· Rate of Pay: 25% of all line hauls, yard pulls, and detention (diesel, chassis, tolls, overstay, and storage fees are excluded).
· Hourly Pay: $26.00/hour for non-load-related assignments.
· Guaranteed Daily Pay: Compensation of 2–4 hours at $26.00/hour for confirmed load cancellations within certain time frames.
Driver Schedule:
· Monday to Friday, with 40–60 hours a week.
· Weekend availability coordinated with the dispatching supervisor.
· Local, regional, and out-of-state routes, offering a mix of dedicated lanes and short-haul assignments.
