$17.25 /hr - Hiring Full-Time & Part Time Driver Associates Delivering Amazon Packages!

Job Location: Onsite parking at DTU8 located at 3003 S 38th Street, Phoenix, AZ 85040

Job Details: PinPoint Logistics LLC is hiring FRIENDLY, RELIABLE, SAFE and professional Package Delivery Drivers who are willing and able to work in a fast-paced, physical, and outdoor environment. Each morning, we will provide the tools you'll need for the day: a van, a handheld device to log packages, and a support and leadership team dedicated to your success! In the evening we will review your day, listen and offer direction to help you create more winning deliveries. You'll need to bring a "can-do" optimistic attitude, a team focused mindset and a pleasant and professional demeanor when interacting with fellow PinPoint Associates, Amazon employees and of course, most importantly, while safely driving and delivering Amazon packages to our customers.

Available Shift: 9:30 am - 7:30pm and schedule is subject to change so you must be flexible. Our operation runs 7 days a week and depending on YOUR attitude, attendance and consistent performance you could work 4,5 or 6 days ( including weekends and holidays- OT is 1.5x hourly rate too ). A work day is 8.5-10 hours, most of your day is spent driving and delivering on your own.

Qualifications:

• RELIABLE - or don't apply
• Excellent people and service skills
• Comfortable working up to 8.5-10 hours per day inside and outside of a van... remember this is the Phoenix area so think Heat, Hydration & Hustle!!
• Comfortable using smart phones & GPS technology
• Comfortable sitting, standing and walking for long periods of time (Including climbing stairs as required)
• Must be able to lift up to 50 - 70 lbs on a repetitive basis
• Must be able to physically enter and exit a vehicle up to and beyond 300 times per day, as you may have up to 150+ stops

Requirements:

MUST be reliable and dependable to show up for your confirmed schedule (weekend availability is MANDATORY including Holidays- if you can't commit to weekends then please do not apply. Preferred schedules are earned over time with attitude, attendance and performance)

• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills combined with a good dose of common sense
• Complete a satisfactory background drug screening
• Excellent personal skills: ability to communicate effectively with Amazon employees, co-workers and customers
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must be physically able to perform efficiently the duties of the position (deliver orders up to 50 - 70 lbs in weight to the appropriate destination within a scheduled time which may include walking up or down several flights of stairs)

Motor Vehicle Requirements:

• Valid Drivers license with at least 3 years experience and CLEAN Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
• No suspensions (regardless of cause)
• No DUI/DWI (ever)
• No CDL required

Additional Compensation:

• OT is available based on RELIABILITY, SAFETY and PERFORMANCE
