Join Our Growing Team in St. Croix Falls! Tri-State Bobcat is looking for a dependable, hardworking, and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team in St. Croix Falls! If you enjoy being on the road, working outdoors, operating construction equipment, and interacting with customers, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

The Delivery Driver is primarily responsible for transporting new, used, and rental equipment to and from customer job sites safely and efficiently using a company truck and trailer. This role plays a critical part in delivering an exceptional customer experience. When not on deliveries, this position will also assist in maintaining an orderly and clean yard.

Success in this position requires excellent customer service skills, the ability to operate a wide variety of construction equipment, and quick, reliable responsiveness to customer needs. Hours: Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 5:00 pm (plus possible seasonal Saturdays 8a-12p) Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour

Essential Functions:

• Pick up and deliver equipment to and from customer sites in a safe and timely manner using company truck and trailer
• Travel between stores with inter-store transfers using company truck and trailer
• Provide professional and courteous customer service during each delivery and pickup
• Perform basic inspection and operation of compact equipment for loading/unloading
• Operate various types of compact construction equipment around the yard
• Keep the yard clean, organized, and safe
• Support other team members with general tasks and requests
• Maintain company standards for safety and cleanliness
• Help clean and maintain equipment and the facility
• Participate in ongoing training and development

Minimum Qualifications:

• Valid Class A CDL and clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Record)
• DOT Health Card (or ability to obtain one)
• Experience operating Bobcat or similar compact equipment preferred
• At least 2 years of customer service or delivery experience
• Reliable transportation
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs. and work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
