Dental Assistant – Rochester, NY
Pay: $21–$25 per hour (based on experience)

About the Role
We are seeking a reliable, friendly, and patient-focused Dental Assistant to join our growing practice in Rochester. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a supportive environment and wants to make a positive impact on patient care.
Responsibilities
Assist the dentist during exams, procedures, and treatments
Prepare, sterilize, and organize dental instruments and equipment
Take and develop dental X-rays (digital radiography experience preferred)
Maintain accurate patient records and charting
Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post-procedure care
Keep treatment rooms clean, stocked, and ready for use
Manage patient flow and ensure a smooth, efficient schedule
Support front office tasks as needed (scheduling, check-in/out)
Requirements
NYS-licensed or certified Dental Assistant (or ability to obtain)
Prior experience as a Dental Assistant preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
Strong communication and patient care skills
Experience with digital X-rays and electronic dental records is a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical setting
CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
