The Opportunity :

As a Designer at OBI, you will bring creativity, strategic thinking, and innovation to the table. You’ll play a key role in transforming ideas into visually stunning designs that inspire and connect with our audience. Working confidently within Figma and demonstrating a strong understanding of web design principles are essential to this role. Your designs will help deliver on client visions while also pushing boundaries, ensuring that our work remains fresh, innovative, and impactful. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring every project reflects our mission of delivering dreams and realizing bold creative ideas.

What You’ll Do :

• Creative Design Execution : Transform briefs and ideas into high-quality visual concepts that align with client goals and reflect OBI’s mission of delivering dreams. Your curiosity will guide you in exploring new styles and trends.
• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams : Work closely with marketing, client services, and creative teams to develop designs that support campaigns, websites, social media, and more. You’ll thrive in a collaborative environment, ensuring designs meet the needs of all stakeholders.
• Brand Consistency : Ensure that all design elements align with both OBI and client brand guidelines, maintaining consistency and quality across all deliverables.
• Innovation & Trend Exploration : Stay on top of design trends, new technologies, and creative tools to bring fresh ideas to the table and keep OBI’s work at the forefront of innovation.
• Problem Solving & Design Iteration : Use your tenacity to solve design challenges, iterating on concepts to find the perfect solution that balances creativity with client needs.
• Feedback Integration : Incorporate feedback from clients and internal teams, making revisions that enhance the final product while maintaining your original creative vision.
• Design Project Management : Take ownership of your projects, manage timelines, and ensuring that all deliverables are completed on time, and align with the original brief.

What We’re Looking For :

• Creative Vision : You have a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to turn ideas into visually compelling designs that tell a story and inspire action.
• Collaboration Skills : You thrive in collaborative settings, taking feedback in stride and working well with various teams to bring projects to life.
• Technical Expertise : You have strong knowledge of design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and stay up-to-date on the latest design tools and technologies.
• Attention to Detail : You have a sharp eye for detail and ensure every element of your design is polished, cohesive, and meets the highest standards.
• Problem-Solving Mindset : You enjoy solving creative challenges, iterating on designs, and balancing client needs with innovative design solutions.
• Deadline-Driven : You’re comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple projects at once, always delivering on time.
