The Role:

We’re seeking a Digital Marketing & Engagement Specialist to lead email campaigns, manage social media channels, and provide stellar customer service support for our three in-house brands. If you’re a strategic thinker with a knack for storytelling, a passion for digital trends, and a customer-first mindset, this is your chance to shine!

What You’ll Do:

Email Campaigns: Design, execute, and optimize email marketing strategies to engage subscribers, promote products, and drive conversions for all three brands.

Social Media Management: Create compelling content, manage posting schedules, and grow our audience across platforms like Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and more.

Customer Service Support: Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and build relationships with our community via social media and email channels.

Brand Voice: Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and visuals that align with each brand’s unique identity.

Analytics & Insights: Track campaign performance, monitor social metrics, and provide actionable recommendations to improve engagement and reach.

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or a related role. Compensation is based on experience.

Proven skills in crafting email campaigns (experience with tools like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar is a plus).

Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.

Excellent written communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.

Ability to juggle multiple brands and priorities with creativity and organization.

Bonus: Experience with graphic design (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) or basic analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights). Adobe Illustrator experience preferred.

Compensation: This is a salaried position prorated for 40 hours per week at our office near College Park in Orlando. Base pay range is $40,000-$50,000 with bonuses for email marketing revenue targets being achieved or exceeded. OTE is $70k year one.
