Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Manager and Team Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital campaign management and a proven track record of leading successful marketing teams. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership abilities and a passion for driving results through innovative digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Campaign Management:

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various platforms including social media, email, search engines, and display advertising.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize and improve effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging and high-quality content that aligns with campaign objectives.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjustments to campaigns in real-time.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment that encourages creativity and continuous improvement.
  • Set clear goals and performance expectations for team members, conducting regular performance reviews and providing constructive feedback.

Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Identify new opportunities for growth and expansion within the digital marketing landscape.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive.

Budget Management:

  • Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
  • Track and report on budget performance, making adjustments as necessary to stay within financial targets.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and customer service to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts.
  • Communicate campaign results and insights to senior management and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing software.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with PPC/SEM/SEO and content marketing.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools.
  • Certification in Google Analytics or other relevant digital marketing certifications.
