Our client, a private organization dedicated to generating marketing/data resources, is hiring a full time Digital Media Specialist to join a newly developed and innovative team!

Location: Tempe, AZ - 3 days a week onsite

Hours: 40 hours a week

Contract Duration: 6 months with high potential to convert

Pay Rate: $38-43/hr

About this role:

• Develop, manage, and execute effective digital media plans for units/colleges across the university that meet and exceed client advertising related business goals
• Execute digital media campaigns for multiple units including PPC search and social across Facebook, LinkedIn, Snapchat, TikTok, Google, Bing as well as site direct buys
• Understand, set up, and manage new and existing Paid Search and Social campaign components
• Make strategic recommendations for testing and optimizations to improve performance for the client/unit and internal teams on an ongoing basis
• Set up campaigns for appropriate ad and conversion tracking in vendor platforms, brand safety, CRM and analytics tools
• Report campaign performance by preparing decks and/or other reports from multiple tracking and analytics sources

Experience:

• 5 years of digital marketing experience
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or similar
• Paid search and social media experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong multi-tasker
