This pivotal role is ideal for an experienced professional with a deep understanding of the American biotech, pharma, and research industries.

Role Overview:

The Business Development Director will lead efforts to establish and grow the company's presence in the U.S., building strong client relationships and positioning the organization as a trusted partner in clinical research. From identifying opportunities to closing deals, this role is all about making a significant impact in the world’s largest healthcare market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive U.S. market entry by identifying high-potential opportunities and building a robust sales pipeline.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized proposals that address U.S. regulatory and market requirements.
  • Provide insights on U.S. market trends, competitor strategies, and client needs to shape business strategies.
  • Ensure exceptional client satisfaction while building long-term partnerships.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Experience in business development within a CRO, biotech, or pharma setting, with proven success in the U.S. market.
  • Strong network of contacts in the American clinical research and pharmaceutical industries.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of U.S. healthcare systems and regulations is a must.
