Ascension Search Partners has been engaged to hire a top performing Director of FP&A for high growth, private equity-backed distribution company. The Director of FP&A will serve as the right hand to a top performing CFO with a tremendous track record of success in the CFO seat. The Director will play a critical role with a broad focus across budgeting, performance analysis, KPI tracking, M&A support, board reporting, and strategic decision-making.
The ideal candidate will be a former investment banker or management consultant who has moved into a corporate finance function in a private equity backed company with services, distribution, or industrials industry experience. Strong financial modeling, business intelligence, and communication skills are essential. The Director of FP&A will collaborate cross-functionally, drive insights and efficiency, and support both organic and inorganic growth initiatives for the business.
