You’ll be the operational architect for an exciting expansion across Michigan, Ohio, and Pittsburgh, overseeing launches, driving performance, and developing a team of passionate leaders. Based in Metro Detroit, you’ll serve as the regional hub as we open our first Midwest location in early 2026 and scale to 30+ sites in the coming years. What You’ll Do Lead Multi-Unit Operations: Oversee daily performance, ensuring every location meets brand, quality, and service standards. Drive Growth: Manage site openings from construction to launch — delivering on time and under budget. Develop People: Recruit, coach, and elevate high-potential managers and future leaders. Protect the Culture: Foster a fun, high-energy, community-driven team environment. Deliver Consistency: Implement systems, checklists, and accountability processes that ensure flawless execution across all markets. Own the Numbers: Manage P&L, labor, and cost structures to maximize profitability and performance. Champion the Guest: Build loyalty through exceptional experiences, feedback loops, and community engagement. Represent the Brand: Be the face of the Midwest — building partnerships, energizing teams, and fueling local buzz.
