The Law Offices of Daniel Kim is a top-rated Personal Injury Law Firm in California. We fight for plaintiffs in cases involving cars, trucks, motorcycles, rideshare companies (Uber/Lyft), and other motor vehicle accidents.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Director of Talent Acquisition to lead our recruitment efforts and drive growth across all departments. This individual will collaborate closely with our internal team and hiring managers to streamline and manage the full lifecycle of talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with department leaders to understand staffing needs and hiring goals.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, reviewing profiles, coordinating interviews, and facilitating offers.
• Act as a liaison between hiring managers and recruiting partners to ensure timely updates and smooth scheduling.
• Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top legal and administrative talent.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
• Lead employment branding initiatives to promote our firm as an employer of choice.
• Analyze hiring metrics to continuously improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.
• Mentor and oversee recruiting team members or external partners as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition, including leadership roles.
• Proven success in high-volume and specialized recruiting, ideally within legal or professional services environments.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and influence at all levels.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Highly organized with excellent project management abilities.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
