Driver Helper to join our team in Knightdale, NC. In this role, you will assist the driver in coordinating deliveries, ensuring timely product transportation, and supporting logistics operations.

The Role:
As a
Driver Helper , you will play a vital role in assisting with our delivery and logistics operations. Your primary responsibilities will include supporting the driver with loading and unloading, ensuring timely deliveries, and helping to resolve any logistical challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Preparation: Assist in ensuring all orders are fully picked, assembled, and ready for loading.
- Delivery Assistance: Help the driver with loading and unloading products at various delivery locations.
- Route Support: Assist in tracking delivery routes and providing updates to the driver as needed.
- Communication: Serve as a point of contact for customers during deliveries, providing support and information.
- Problem Resolution: Help address any issues that arise during deliveries, such as delays or customer concerns.
- Safety Compliance: Follow company safety protocols, ensuring safe loading practices and adherence to traffic regulations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a driver helper, in logistics, or in a related field is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with good time management abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with drivers and customers.
- Ability to follow instructions and assist in problem-solving under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of transportation regulations and safety standards is beneficial.
