Key ResponsibilitiesMarketplace Management (60% of your time)Run daily operations in Amazon Seller Central and Walmart Marketplace: listings, content optimization, SEO/keywords, review generation, advertising, FBA inventory, coupons & deals.Monitor BuyBox ownership, MAP compliance, and competitive positioning; implement corrective actions rapidly.Liaise with Amazon support to resolve catalog or compliance issues affecting visibility or sales.Analyze sales and advertising data to optimize ROAS, category ranking, and profit margin.Offline Chain Retail Development (40%)Build and execute a penetration plan for target chains (e.g., AutoZone, OReilly, Canadian Tire, Halfords).Pitch category buyers, negotiate listings, margins, and promotional calendars.Coordinate onboarding logistics: EDI setup, master data, routing guides, pallet configurations.Develop instore merchandising (planograms, POP, endcaps) and conduct staff training to drive sellthrough.Visit stores and trade shows; host product demos and events.CrossChannel & Internal CoordinationMaintain unified pricing, inventory, and promotional strategies across online and offline channels.Keep meticulous records and forecasts in CRM; report weekly KPIs (marketplace GMV, ACoS, new doors opened, POS sellthrough).Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and R&D on launches and demand planning.Ideal Candidate Profile4+ years managing BOTH Amazon marketplace accounts and national/regional retail chain customers in the automotive, DIY, or consumergoods sector.Proven record of onboarding new retailers and growing ecommerce GMV >$1M annually.Fluent in English; additional Spanish, French, or German is a plus.Datadriven and Excel/BIsavvy, comfortable with P&L ownership.Willing to travel ~25% across North America (and occasionally Europe).
