As an eDiscovery Associate Attorney, the candidate will be responsible for managing electronic discovery processes, ensuring legal compliance, and providing support in various legal matters. The role requires a strong understanding of eDiscovery procedures, litigation processes, and relevant industry standards. Duties: Conducting legal research and analysis related to eDiscovery matters. Managing and overseeing electronic discovery processes and workflows. Collaborating with legal teams to develop strategies for eDiscovery in litigation cases. Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including discovery requests and responses. Staying updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in eDiscovery. Requirements: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Active license to practice law in the State Bar. 3-5 years of proven experience in eDiscovery.
