This is a full-time position that operates on a hybrid work schedule. Candidates must be available to come into the office at the Baltimore headquarters from Monday to Wednesday.
We’re looking for an Email Developer to lead and manage accounts and projects, as well as execute strategic initiatives and campaigns for our clients. Warschawski’s Email team is rapidly growing and works on a diverse set of clients. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge and expertise in one or more email marketing platforms (HubSpot, Klayvio, Constant Contact, etc.) and the ability to both strategize and innovate to drive success for clients.
Responsibilities / Qualifications:
-Participate in meetings with the team and clients externally and internally – scheduled or as needed, on-demand
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines as agreed upon
-Ownership – taking responsibility for tasks, assignments and work and ensuring it gets completed and delivered on time at the highest quality of work product
-Must be able to effectively communicate – this includes providing updates, asking clarifying questions, sharing feedback, providing input/suggestions, bringing up concerns as they arise (not letting them sit and fester), discuss any roadblocks that might impact timelines / deadlines, etc.
-Attention to fine details to ensure the highest quality of work
-A self-starter mentality to manage assigned tasks appropriately and to get the desired result for the team and client
-Build, edit, and organize HTML files
-In platform support including:
-Must be able to cut/splice images from designed files using photoshop, adobe XD, figma, etc. for email production / development
-Proficiency in Microsoft suite including Excel and Word
-Ability to maintain and acquire certifications with support from leadership specific to email platforms that we service our clients in (Salesforce, Iterable, Klaviyo, etc.)
