To support the current year’s projected growth, our Management Training team is looking for hard-working and driven individuals to fill ten new entry-level roles. Whether you are looking for a short-term position or a long-lasting career, our comprehensive training program will give you the skills you need to be successful in our company as well as any future business endeavors!

As a whole, our goal for the Entry Level AT&T Management Trainee is to provide ongoing mentorship and personalized training for every company new hire - beginning with training and cross-training in all departments including management, human resources, marketing, and sales. If our training program is properly executed, you will be allowed to grow from an entry-level client-facing role into a management position within twelve months. General Responsibilities of the Entry Level AT&T Management Trainee:

• Attend sales account meetings and follow up on scheduled appointments to bridge the gap between client and consumer through direct (face-to-face) interactions
• Conduct continuous market and territory research to optimize brand awareness and maximize company outreach
• Deliver services that exhibit the beliefs and morals of our company to ensure the continued growth of positive business relationships
• Track market and campaign performance and reviewing data with management personnel on a daily and weekly basis
• Assist in hiring, training, and developing of the company’s new hires

Basic Qualifications of the Entry Level AT&T Management Trainee:

• Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
• A strong desire to grow accompanied by natural leadership abilities
• The ability to problem solve and think strategically in a fast-paced environment
• An associate degree or some college experience (preferred but not required)
• The ability to work full-time to fast-track your training into a management role

This is a full-time, in-person role for an office in North Miami, FL. All applicants should have reliable transportation and be available to start in 1-2 weeks.
