Join our fast-growing, mission-focused team as an Entry-Level Event Marketing Assistant and help represent national nonprofits and socially responsible brands at live events, retail promotions, and community campaigns .

This role is ideal for recent grads, career starters , or anyone who thrives in face-to-face engagement and wants to build a career with real purpose and growth potential .

⚠️ Note: This is not an event planning role (e.g., weddings or banquets). It’s about public engagement , brand visibility , and promotional marketing at high-traffic events.

As an Event Marketing Assistant, you’ll support our live marketing campaigns from the ground up:

• Assist with setup, execution, and breakdown of retail pop-ups, community festivals, and branded events

• Represent nonprofit and brand clients at local activations, tabling events, and outreach sites

• Engage with the public to share campaign messaging and distribute promotional materials

• Build positive rapport with shoppers, donors, and community members

• Support your team in reaching campaign goals and engagement targets

• Collect feedback and track metrics to help optimize event performance

• High school diploma or GED required (College coursework or a degree in Marketing, PR, Communications , or related field is a plus)

• No experience required – volunteer work, internships, or campus events are helpful but not necessary

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills

• Energetic, organized, and comfortable working on your feet and in public-facing environments

• Availability on weekends and occasional evenings

• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the U.S.

• Outgoing, approachable, and enjoy talking with new people every day

• Passionate about community engagement , social causes, or brand awareness
