Were looking for an enthusiastic Entry-Level Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing agency. In this role, youll assist clients in selecting insurance options that best suit their needs, all while learning from a highly trained, supportive team. Potential earnings between $55,000 - $81,000 yearly , which includes a base salary, bonus opportunities, and benefits. • Assist clients with personal lines insurance needs, including auto, home, renters, and more.
• Provide quotes and explain coverage options, answering questions with clarity and empathy.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions in our CRM system.
• Follow up with prospects and clients regarding additional product offerings to best meet their needs.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets, contributing to the agency's team goals.

• Completion of Personal Lines Insurance Test within 30 days of hire. We reimburse study materials and the cost of the Personal Lines Insurance exam upon passing, providing support to help you succeed.
• Prior sales experience (1-2 years in banking, retail or insurance) preferred.
• A knack for remembering data and details, with a talent for managing challenging client interactions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and prospects.
• Proficiency in computer skills to navigate multiple quoting systems (must type at least 40 wpm).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
