As we expand, we’re hiring Entry-Level Management Trainees to grow with us and take on leadership roles in outreach, marketing, and promotional efforts.

• Engage shoppers and visitors at retail locations to promote charity campaigns and encourage donations

• Support event planning, booth setup, and on-site campaign execution

• Deliver excellent customer service, representing nonprofit partners with professionalism and enthusiasm

• Assist in training and mentoring new team members, developing your leadership skills

• Track and contribute to team performance metrics, including engagement and donation results

• Maintain organized and accurate records of sales, donations, and outreach activities

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Positive, people-first attitude with a passion for helping others

• Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Comfortable working in public-facing roles and multitasking effectively

• Previous experience in customer service, retail, sales, or leadership is a plus but not required
