Professionally manage client inquiries via phone, email, and virtual meetings
Provide accurate information on insurance benefit options, plans, and updates
Assist clients with policy inquiries, enrollment, and service-related questions
Maintain detailed and accurate client records in our secure systems
Deliver a high standard of service while working independently in a virtual setting
No previous experience required—training is provided
Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated, disciplined, and highly organized
Comfortable using standard technology (Zoom, email, CRM systems, etc.)
