About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director for its Hospice RN program. The successful candidate will be a leader with a strong background in healthcare, particularly in hospice, home health, or a related setting. The Executive Director will be responsible for supervising all aspects of patient care, professional staff and allied health personnel activities, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and quality assurance. This role requires a dedicated individual who can ensure the delivery of best-in-class care for patients and their families, while also driving the agency's operational and financial success. Candidates for the Executive Director position must meet specific education and experience criteria. This includes being a licensed physician, registered nurse, social worker, or holding a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of documented success in a relevant field, and at least 1 year of full-time experience in a healthcare delivery system. A current CPR certification, driver's license, and vehicle insurance are also necessary. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of healthcare leadership experience and be adept at creating and implementing strategies for continuous improvement. The role demands a professional who is flexible, engaged, and committed to the values of the hospice care industry.
