About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director for its South Puget Sound and Olympics Chapter. This pivotal role is focused on community relations, capacity building, fundraising, and board leadership. The successful candidate will be the face of the organization in the local communities, expanding its impact and ensuring a strong presence. Key responsibilities include dynamic leadership of the chapter, building transformative relationships with community leaders, businesses, and elected officials, and championing an influential Board of Directors. The Executive Director will also be responsible for inspiring strategic leadership, creating a culture of inclusion and belonging, and spearheading the chapter's annual planning process. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 7 years' related experience, with a preference for those with a background in fundraising, business development, and collaboration. The role requires the ability to work on a team, travel as needed, and a commitment to the mission of the organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a similar role, experience working with a diverse range of employee populations, and a strong ability to engage and empower volunteers. The Executive Director will play a key role in the regional leadership team, shaping the direction and success of the organization in the region.
