Upscale Executive Sushi Chef Qualifications :

• High level of proficiency, refinement, ability, and skill set w/ Asian cuisine, Sushi, and fresh ingredients
• 3+ years experience as an Executive Sous Chef, Kitchen Manager, or Executive Chef
• High volume, upscale dining, and refined style
• Decent tenures -No "job hoppers"
• Bilingual Spanish speaking a plus
• Hands-on and attention to detail a must

Upscale Executive Sushi Chef Responsibilities:

• Leads BOH upscale/fine dining shift operations
• Controls food and labor costs
• Supports, trains, and developed the culinary team
• Upholds highest standards of product execution, cleanliness, organization, and sanitation
• Communicates with the team, sets expectations, and provides accountability

Upscale Executive Sushi Chef Benefits :

• 75k-120k salary range based on experience
