Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Experienced Remodel Carpenter located in the Seattle, WA region. The Experienced Remodel Carpenter will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to residential construction, including framing, finish carpentry, and the use of both power and hand tools. The individual will work on remodeling and addition projects, ensuring that all remodel work meets high standards of quality. They will also collaborate with other team members and subcontractors and report to the project manager to ensure timely project completion.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Carpentry and Finish Carpentry
  • Skilled in using Power Tools and Hand Tools
  • Experience with Framing
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to interpret and execute project plans
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team and independently
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Relevant certifications or training in carpentry is a plus
  • Valid WA State Drivers License & Mobile Phone w/ Data Plan
