We have Consultants instead of Budtenders because we are committed to connecting with each customer, understanding what they want to get from cannabis, and making recommendations based on our knowledge and experience. Importantly, we are always looking for Retail Consultants with great cannabis knowledge to be leaders on our team! Urbana Consultants work closely with our skilled managers to continually expand their knowledge about cannabis and make every shift a new learning experience.
