Location: Hickory, NC | Shift: Third Shift (11 PM - 7 AM) | Pay: $19/hr

What We’re Looking for in You:

• Experience: At least 2 years in extrusion (bonus points if you’ve worked with LDPE foam!)
• Skills: Strong math, communication, and time management skills. If you’re a whiz with digital calipers and can read product drawings, you’re a perfect fit.
• Adaptability: Willing to work overtime, weekends, and other shifts when needed. You’ll love the fast-paced environment!
• Team Spirit: Your ability to collaborate and keep things running smoothly will make you an essential part of our team.
