Join Us as an F&B Server/Bar Attendant! Are you a motivated individual with a passion for hospitality? We have exciting opportunities for F&B Server/Bar Attendant to join the renowned restaurants of our client.

To assist the F&B Supervisor in assuring a smoothly running operation on his/her assigned station/bar and transmit the pride of being responsible for his/her role. Ensuring that the highest possible levels of efficiency and profitability are achieved whilst reaching the set levels of guest satisfaction. Responsible of the upkeeping of his/her station/bar, the F&B Server / Bar Attendant is expected to be as efficient as possible not to leave guests waiting.

Functions and duties:

To assist the F&B Supervisors in his/her diverse functions and tasks, in the following areas:

• Operations and service.
• Upkeeping of Station/Bar.
• Communicates and Works hand in hand with the F&B Supervisor.
• Eye for detail.
• Station/Bar stocking.
• Customer satisfaction.
• Customers feedback.
• Relations with F&B Supervisors and colleagues.

Specific Tasks: 

• Clean and sanitize equipment and workstations.
• Support any enquiries or requests within the food and beverage areas.
• Host guests/clients to their table/seat.
• Clear glassware, crockery, and food debris from the dining tables in an efficient manner.
• Sanitizing and relaying of dining tables/areas.
• Serve guests/clients in an efficient and professional manner.
• Stock stations/bars at the end of each service.
• Ensure that all equipment is fully functional. Any malfunctions to be reported to management.
• Maintain the buffet counters clean and stocked up.
• Interact with customers in the serving, retail, and dining areas.

• Ability to effectively communicate with both staff and clients.

• Ability to check that all equipment in the outlet is functional.
