Key Responsibilities:

• Drive Sales: Develop insurance quotes, deliver compelling sales presentations, and close deals.
• Build Relationships: Communicate with leads and establish strong, lasting client relationships.
• Client Support: Assist clients in understanding their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
• Stay Informed: Stay updated on insurance industry standards, Farmers Insurance products and services to effectively address client needs.
• Achieve Targets: Meet high sales targets while committing to continuous learning and skill development.

Requirements:

• Insurance Licenses: Currently hold or be willing to obtain the necessary Colorado Insurance Licenses (Property, Casualty, Life & Health).
• Preferred Experience: Sales experience or a background in client-facing roles is preferred. Insurance experience is beneficial, it is not required.
• Attributes: Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong openness to coaching and commitment to personal and professional development.
