Responsibilities
  • Connect with Potential Clients : Reach out and keep in touch to uncover their insurance needs and offer the perfect solutions.
  • Be a Trusted Advisor: Break down policy details, coverage choices, and premiums so clients fully grasp their insurance plans.
  • Team Up: Work with your team to brainstorm sales strategies, share tips, and hit those goals together.
  • Leverage Technology: Use advanced sales tools to manage interactions, track progress, and enhance performance.
  • Stay Sharp: Keep up with industry trends, new products, and regulations to provide clients with informed advice and ensure compliance.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Licensing: Obtain required state insurance license within a given timeframe.
  • Experience : Sales or customer service experience is a plus.
