Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and EXPERIENACED Fast Food Manager to help start a new fast food restaurant and oversee daily operations at our restaurant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high standards of food quality, customer service, and operational efficiency. This role requires strong leadership skills and a passion for the fast food industry, as well as the ability to manage a team effectively in a fast-paced environment. The role will provide a remarkable BONUS that could increase based on the restaurant productivity.

Responsibilities

• Help the owner starting the fast food restaurant using the new brand (the property is already running as a fast food restaurant but the brand and the menu will change).
• Supervise daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels.
• Oversee food management practices to maintain quality and safety standards.
• Develop and implement training programs for staff to enhance their skills in food service and production.
• Handle cash management duties, including cash handling procedures and reconciliation.
• Assist in cooking and food preparation when necessary to meet demand.
• Utilize Aloha POS system for order processing and sales tracking.
• Conduct interviews and hire new staff members as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a fast food or restaurant management role is necessary.
• Strong skills in inventory control and food management practices.
• Experience in training development for team members.
• Proficiency in cash handling procedures.
• Knowledge of food production processes within a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead a team.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
