This position will be responsible for hiring, training, and overseeing employees, as well as making sure they follow all federal, state, and local regulations. • Create a thorough business plan for the restaurant that takes the local competition, the market, sales revenue, and costs into account
• Manage appropriate inventory levels of food and dining products and plan accurately for forecasted sales trends
• Follow all laws and standards for food service sanitation and ensure all employees are in compliance
• Examine each product and service for quality in accordance with the standards set by the company
• Recruit, interview, train, and motivate restaurant staff

Qualifications:

• Must have previous experience in food service managing food inventory levels, operating costs, and budgets
• A high school diploma or equivalent GED is required
• Computer skills and experience with MS Office strongly desired
• Showcase exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• This position requires 1-3 years of previous experience managing a staff or relevant role, ideally in the quick service restaurant industry
