Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $55,000–$63,000/year (based on experience) + Bonus Potential

Responsibilities:
Lead daily operations, including opening/closing, food prep, customer service, and cleanliness
Hire, train, schedule, and manage a team of 25–40 staff
Drive sales, manage labor and food costs, and ensure operational excellence
Monitor inventory levels and place orders
Deliver excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally
Maintain compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations
Foster a positive team culture and motivate employees to meet goals
Requirements:
2+ years of restaurant management experience (fast food/QSR preferred)
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Proven ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment
Experience with inventory, scheduling, and budgeting
ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
