Join Our Tech Team – Field Computer Technician Wanted!
Are you a skilled Computer Technician who thrives in a hands-on, on-the-go role? BRS is hiring on behalf of our long-standing client , a leading B2B provider of vending machines, POS systems, and coin-operated equipment, who is expanding its technical team! We’re seeking a proactive problem-solver to install, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware/software for small business clients across our service area around the city and surrounding suburbs (150-mile radius).
A tech-savvy professional with field experience in hardware/software troubleshooting and installations.
A self-starter who enjoys working independently while supporting a collaborative team.
Someone who takes pride in delivering efficient, client-focused solutions.
Install, configure, and upgrade hardware/software (desktops, laptops, peripherals, ATMs, vending machines, etc.).
Diagnose and resolve issues with Windows/UNIX systems, networks (wired/wireless), and virtual desktop environments.
Perform preventative maintenance and optimize equipment performance.
Travel to client sites (90%+ field-based) to provide on-site support, repairs, and user training.
Test and deploy hard drive images and new technology.
Document repairs and maintain accurate service records.
Be on call for urgent technical support and deliveries.

Proven experience as a Computer Technician or similar role.
Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and basic networks.
Ability to lift/move heavy equipment (e.g., kiosks, devices).
Valid driver’s license , reliable vehicle, and willingness to travel daily.
Exceptional communication and time-management skills.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+)?A plus!
Bilingual (Spanish/English)?Even better!
