Location: Fishkill, NY (Full-Time, In-Office) | Hours: Mon–Fri, 8 AM – 5 PM EST

Your Role

As a Financial Business Support Coordinator , you will play a key professional role in driving operational excellence across our Sales, Finance, and Service Delivery teams. This exempt-level position requires proactive decision-making, sound judgment, and the ability to manage complex workflows with minimal supervision.

In this role, you’ll oversee critical financial and business support functions, ensure alignment across systems, and help maintain the integrity and flow of revenue operations. This position is ideal for a highly organized, analytical thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable managing shifting priorities with poise and confidence.


What You’ll Do

Business Operations & Administration

  • Process new client deals, contract amendments, and renewals in CRM.
  • Manage quote-to-cash workflows, including proposals, approvals, and billing schedules.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Finance/Admin, and Service Delivery teams to ensure compliance and deal execution.

Finance Support

  • Assist with accounts receivable tracking and follow-up on outstanding payments.
  • Reconcile CRM sales records with financial systems.
  • Support expense approvals, budget tracking, and vendor onboarding.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare dashboards and reports on sales pipeline, bookings, and revenue trends.
  • Identify and correct data discrepancies across internal systems.
  • Support internal audits and reporting with timely responses.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Handle ad hoc requests like pricing research, Purchase Order tracking, and special approvals.
  • Act as a connector across departments and navigate shifting priorities.
  • Thrive in ambiguity and drive outcomes even without defined processes.


What You Bring

  • 2–4 years of experience in business operations, finance administration, or a hybrid business support role.
  • Ability to manage high volumes of detailed work while balancing multiple priorities.
  • Strong judgment and autonomy in making operational decisions.
  • Proficiency in Excel and CRM platforms, with a strong grasp of financial and sales data.
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels of the organization.
  • Highly adaptable, solutions-oriented, and comfortable with change.
  • A proactive, self-directed approach to work with a commitment to professional excellence.


Skills For Success (Preferred)

  • Familiarity with SaaS billing and contract workflows.
  • Experience supporting both Sales and Finance teams.
  • Exposure to high-growth or venture-backed organizations.
