What will you do: Pullet Service Chick placement Pullet Management Vaccinations and pullet health Flock Service Layer hen management Bird health monitoring and functions Veterinary Visits Cage, Cage-free, and organic production Egg Marketing Egg markets and sales Warehouse operations Animal Welfare and Marketing Programs Pennsylvania Egg Quality Assurance Program(PEQAP) Food and Drug Administration (FDA) American Humane Certified/Humane Farm Animal Care(AHC/HFAC) Pennsylvania Certified Organic/National Organic Program(PCO/NOP) Other duties and responsibilities, as assigned. Who are you: Currently enrolled in a college program Strong understanding of basic animal health principles and concepts. Familiarity with the poultry and feed sectors of the agricultural industry Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
