UPMC Western Maryland is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Food Service Attendants to join our team Food and Nutrition team! We have several part time positions available that would involve tasks such as patient tray line, dishes/cleaning, dessert making, and stocking. Timely assembly, task completion, and proper food handling/safety procedures are crucial to being successful in this role, as well as excellent customer service skills!
Available shifts include:
6:30 am to 3:00 pm, 16 hours/week, rotating weekends and holidays
6:45 am to 3:15 pm, 16 hours/week, rotating weekends and holidays
4:00 pm to 8:30 pm, 12 hours/week, 3 out of 4 weekends per month*
* High school and college students with an interest in healthcare careers are encouraged to apply! Food service can be a great way to get some hospital experience while accommodating your class schedule.
Responsibilities:Inventories and stocks bulk supplies, following established procedures and designated timeframes.
Work permit required if under 18 years old.
