Pulse Clinical Alliance is hiring a Foster Care Therapist / Case Manager in Lincoln Park, MI.

Job Details:

• Full-time position
• Pay Rate: $55,491-$73,200 a year based on experience
• Shift:  Days - 37.5hrs/week - 8:30 am - 5 pm - Monday-Friday - Must be able to flex and work off-hours as needed
• Experience: Willing to take new grads, more experience will increase salary

Requirements:

• Either a LMSW, LPC, or LLP license
• Master's degree in Social work, Counseling, or Psychology
• Must have a minimum of 8 months experience in mental health treatment of minors (experience may include clinical internship via master's program). - Required
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. - Required
• Additional requirements include: cultural competency, ability to work effectively with a diverse population, the ability to engage and maintain therapeutic relationships with children and families in a variety of modes of treatment, the ability to develop collaborative relationships with other unit staff and providers, effective communication skills, and a willingness to be flexible.
• Cannot accept candidates who are on student/work visas, and/or require sponsorship to work in the U.S. at this time.

Description:

As a  Foster Care Therapist , you will be responsible for the following:

• Responsible for providing mental health treatment and case management services. 
• Services are delivered in the home or community based on the needs and preferences identified by the treatment team. 
• Must be willing/able to work a non-traditional schedule based on the needs of the families served. 
• Must be able to deliver foster care clinical services and implement interventions that fall within the fidelity of the treatment model. 
• Must be able to deliver behavioral therapy that targets school behavior and individual behavior. 
• Responsible to help coordinate and integrate services that are provided to individual child by multiple service providers and to identify and eliminate barriers to effective service delivery. 
• Must maintain flexible work schedules and cell phone as needed.
