How You Will Make a Difference Work with franchisees to identify needs, support goals, and evaluate key business areas Financial Analysis including balance sheet, income statement, operating ratios, cash flow, pricing strategy, and financial ratio spreadsheets Sales & Marketing Management including hiring, training, outside sales strategies, national sales training, marketing campaigns, and local marketing databases Production management workflow Training programs and site resources Business planning and center management software Ensure every center is visited according to company guidelines, including in‑person and video conferences Communicate regularly with Sales Development, Marketing, and other teams to discuss action plans and ensure timely follow‑up with franchisees Learn new FASTSIGNS products and service lines such as digital signage, FASTSIGNS Credit, and small format printing Participate in annual Convention, Outside Sales Summit, and other events as necessary Coordinate travel within company guidelines and stay within assigned regional yearly budget Assist with special projects as assigned by Director of Franchise Operations, Vice President of Franchise Support, or Chief Support & Development Officer A Strong Candidate Will Have Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field, or equivalent work experience 5+ years of experience in franchising 5+ years of experience managing an accounting function in a medium or large company Experience in the signage or print industry Ability to travel up to 50% of the time Pay Range 75,000 – 95,000 USD per year (Remote) EEO Statement Propelled Brands values diversity and inclusion.
